Pickleball is one of the fastest-growing sports in America for a reason. It's easy to learn, you can't play it alone, and every game puts you side by side with someone new. Strangers become partners, partners become friends, and friends become family. That's why we built The Pickle Paddle.
It started as a dream and an old gym. There were rusted basketball goals, retractable bleachers, dust in the corners and a lease on the table. Most people would have seen an empty building. Two brothers, Aaron and Jimmy Bryant, saw a place where people could belong.
So they went to work. For two months they put in full days at their regular jobs, then came back and worked until ten, eleven, sometimes midnight. They tore out, built up, painted and measured every line twice, turning old gym flooring into two premium cushioned hardcourts with permanent nets and bar seating facing the action. They did about $150,000 worth of work for around $20,000, with their own hands, one late night at a time.
What they made is unlike anything in the tri-state area: the most professional pickleball facility around, right here in Jackson, Mississippi.
But we didn't build it to impress you. We built it to welcome you.
